What is the most requested jewelry item? Fingerprint charms, lockets with charms, and pieces with the quotes, "I am not afraid, I was born to do this" and "while I breathe, I hope".

Do you make pendants with my own personal quotes, etc? All the time.

Do you make men's jewelry? We make some unisex designs, particularly fingerprint dog tags with their childrens' and/or wife's fingerprint(s).

I bought a piece of jewelry from you a long time ago that recently got damaged. Can you fix it? Yes, though we may not have exact components to replace broken ones. Charges may be assessed for time, labor and materials.

General fingerprint design info: each piece is handmade, no two are alike. Many people contact Tina to say, "I want mine to look exactly like the one you made for so-and-so". Sorry, it won't happen, but you will love yours nonetheless.

How old does my child need to be? We have made pieces with newborn impressions. Print ridges are usually visible, though very subtle. Babies generally leave more of an impression than fingerprint ridges, but this can happen at any age.

What will my pendant look like? It will have a slightly rustic finish. Each one varies in look and size, even if you order the same look and size as one you have seen. Some have deep impressions, some shallow. The silver print is as natural as the actual print. We do not create unnatural ridges. Full price applies for do-over requests.

What size will my pendant be? Little Charmers are a tad smaller than the actual size of the impression. All other pendants vary in size. If you order more than one, i.e., you have three children and want three pendants, the sizes will be different, in portion to the size of each impression.

Is the kit easy? What if I mess up on with the kit? Very easy: no mixing or baking. Just some directions, clay, and postage paid packing materials. If you follow the directions, it's unlikely that you'll mess up. Kit customers do a much better job at their impressions than they think they do. If needed, extra clay is available for $15 per impression (+ tax & shipping). 

How long does it take to get my charms back? Under normal circumstances, about 2 weeks after we receive the impressions. Mother's Day and Christmas - more time is needed so order well in advance.

What is your refund policy? Due to the personalized nature and amount of work involved in the process of making fingerprint items, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Do you wholesale your fingerprint items or kits? No.
